Claims for shortages or incorrect shipments must be made within 5 days of receipt. All claims for loss or damage in shipment must be made directly with the carrier.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY: Custom mirrors are NON REFUNDABLE, NON RETURNABLE! Since all of J & L Mirrors are custom made, we do not offer any return or exchanges on mirrors. However, we strive to make every purchase unregretable and every customer a freind, because freinds are the best advertisers for our company. We will work very closely with you to ensure that you are pleased with us and your new mirror.
CANCELLATIONS: Orders may be cancelled within 3 days from the date you placed it. A 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from the original purchase price.
Due to individual computer monitor limitations, colors seen in this web site may not accurately reflect J & L Mirrors true glass colors. Glass samples can be purchased, to confirm actual color.
Note: Because all of J & L's glass is hand finished, slight variances in color, and pattern are to be expected, and should be appreciated as a one of a kind product.
